We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Refund & Return policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience. In case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' then we will issue refund upon receiving the item back. The shipping charges in case of return has to be borne by Buyers. Refund will be initiated only if the product is sent back to us within 5 days. Please note that taxes and duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable. We issue refund to your account directly. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases which arrives to us defective or damaged. If an item has arrived faulty and needs to be returned, please contact email@example.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers. In the off chance your product doesn’t arrive, it may have been returned back to us if you entered the wrong details, we would need to be re-imbursed fresh set of courier charges before we ship it again. For international Refunds & Returns, Import duties if extra charged to us will have to be paid by customers. No Refunds will be given incase of refusal to accept the package by clients.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You can return/exchange in 5 days after date of delivery, to complete your return; we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address if the pin code is out of pick up location
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 3-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. KSAMAH has the right to cancel the orders that we are unable to accept. We immediately inform the customer and update the status of the order placed on our website. Refund will be provided for orders that are canceled by KSAMAH.. In case the customer does not take the delivery of the product when attempted by courier person or refuse the package during delivery. We will not be able to refund the amount.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
Our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 3-5 working business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more then it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

All of our orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai to your provided shipping address via International Courier Company. Due to the nature of international shipping, customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All such duties and Misc extra charges to be borne by client. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees apart from Import duties. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
